Con.Mdu: It is feeling of general public , Cancer a dreaded disease is increasing.. ?
Dr.S.G.B: At recent times, recording of case studies started. In reality, we may not know increasing is a fact, because in early days people died may not know cause of death.
Due to modern medicine, atleast increase in diagnosis / recording help us to save from dreaded disease.

Dr.S.G.B: Multi model surgeon.
In simple, with input from all relevant specialists Radiation Surgery , Chemotherapy, Surgical oncology will be right approach.
Effect of Multi-model surgeon can be witnessed from success rate of cancer cure is 50% U.S cancer treatment, whereas 10-20% India because people may not undergo combined treatment.

Dr.S.G.B: As an effect of Globalization, change in life style like increasing mental work, Less physical work ..etc
In simple, both external cause which reduce immunity become internal factors lead to suffered by Cancer.
, Obesity, lack of exercise, food/ Fast food.. all leads to this diseases.
External cause may reduce your immunity: Smoking, Alcohol and Pollution..
Internal Cause may lead to reduce immunity: Genetic Reason, Obesity
Maintaining good balanced food and life-style like walking, exercise will help to improve your immunity which can prevent cancer.Try to improve your immunity by avoiding external factors mentioned above.

Dr.S.G.B: It is common in oncology to remove parts in surgery, whereas we give priority to do treatment without removal of affected organs.

What is your advice to a person who has contracted with cancer?
Dr.S.G.B:Please go to any qualified Oncologist and few centres have all three combined (Radiotherapy, Haemotherapy, surgical oncology) instead of trained surgeons .

Dr.S.G.B: Yes, it is possible.
Any Male age is 40 and above should undergo yearly screening like endoscopy.
- If female age is 35 and above Mammograms (x-rays of the breast); Breast exams by a doctor
- Cervical exam also recommended.
