The Present Ramakrishna Math at Madurai was affiliated in the year 1987 by Ramakrishna Math, Belur, Howrah (near Kolkata), West Bengal.
The new temple was consecrated in the year 1998. And, it is only after this, that the Religious, Educational, Medical and other Welfare Activities slowly began to expand.
